We are fortunate to add to our growing firm, Steven Hornbaker, District Judge (retired) He has practiced law and sat on the District Court bench for the 8th Judicial District of Kansas for over 40 years.   He has joined the firm as OF COUNSEL specializing in Mediating Civil Litigation in State and Federal Courts. Judge Hornbaker has tried hundreds of cases both as an attorney and a Judge dealing with many aspects of the law.  He is available to mediate disputes in Vehicle Negligence, Products Liability, Medical and Legal Malpractice and any other tort claims.  Judge Hornbaker will also mediate contract disputes and real estate actions (including Eminent Domain).
